Suspicious Seller Hijacking Reviews on Canada Listing (ASIN B0F2FPTPJ8) – Sales Impacted

Hi Sellers & Amazon Team,

We're facing a serious issue with a seller operating under the name jinghexinchenghanpeibaihuodian who is currently selling a Magnesium Oil Spray (ASIN B0F2FPTPJ8) in Canada.

This ASIN is showing thousands of unrelated reviews, mostly for Chamex A4 paper, even though the listing was created only recently (March 2025). We've been selling this product legitimately for over 2 years, and now this competitor has suddenly appeared and is benefiting from review hijacking.

The result? Their fake credibility is driving down our sales, and the trust of the listing is being misrepresented to buyers. We believe this violates Amazon’s variation policy and review manipulation rules.

I have made those Complaints like variation policy violation and report some reviews as well but he is still there

Here is the ASIN:

ASIN: B0F2FPTPJ8

Has anyone dealt with similar tactics? What’s the best way to report this and get it resolved quickly?

Thanks in advance for any guidance!
