UPS seems to have stopped working as a shipment option on Amazon for at least the last hour. Hopefully this is being worked on.

Hello @Seller_DTAQhcct1ckc2 @Seller_1NP9kHDcKeQLk and all other sellers reporting issues selecting UPS and FedEx services in Buy Shipping today, Monday, November 4.
Our teams are investigating these issues and are working now to restore UPS/FedEx Buy Shipping options.
