Can not reactivate account

Hello, Due to an invalid card my account has been deactivated and I do not see any button to reactivate. I have updated the card details with a valid one (confirmed card during the replacing phase)

I can see only some IDs such as:

NCID:

ZCID:

PAID:

MCID:

MKID:

Any links redirect me to update the card details. The case button has been disabled.

Please advise.
