Unable to send to FBA because Amazon wont accept our box size

Im trying to send a box of 10 pieces(case pack), and amazon says my box size is too small. No matter what i do, i cannot input the box size and get amazon to accept it. Ive had to do this a lot because amazon usually says my box is too small, but not, i cannot override it and continue to send. I know the box size works because i have just packed all 10 pieces into the box. How can i work around the amazon alert? it says i can click off of it and continue working, but there is nowhere to do this anymore and by clicking "accept and continue", im just agreeing that amazon is right and it deletes my inputs. When did this start and how to get around it?

First, make sure that the dimensions on Amazon match the dimensions of the product.

We have a problem with one of our items. It's in a stand up bag that's thinner at the top (product settles to the bottom). Since it's not a rectangle we can actually fit more in a shipping box than Amazon thinks. So we get those warnings too and we just click past them. We have not seen any consequences of this.

Hi @Seller_6hJubz0dAqgph,

Dominic from Amazon here, want to try to help with this. I haven't seen any restrictions in FBA when it comes to boxes being too small. What are the dimensions of the box you are trying to send?

Best,

Dominic
