I am owner/admin but my employee with his own log in cannot see/change our business prices

I am owner/admin but my employee with his own log in cannot see/change our business prices. Why does he need to log in as me to do those functions. I need him to have access on his account too and I seem to have (given him all the permissions) in the settings.

I'm sorry you're running into this issue. You can review the Set and edit user permissions page for details on how these permissions are used and the conditions that can be set for user access.
