Find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
"As if deducting every month was not enough now youre taking it and trying to charge me money? That doesnt make sense at all. "
It does if Amazon confiscated the funds due to IP and authenticity concerns. They legally are not permitted to send it to you.
I'm going to guess that your situation is similar to the post yesterday (5/30/2025) from @Seller_4V4HsSdHWGix3here -- https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/ac600c41-0577-445a-8bdd-c8825c756faa
If you were suspended for IP issues the following response from @Connor_Amazonexplains there that you need to PROVE authenticity to stand any chance of recovery. Since you have been unable to in a year you most likely did NOT have an LOA from the brands and probably did NOT buy from authorized wholesalers.
From Connor on that post with emphasis added --
I've reviewed the charges and those are related to FBA inventory storage, inbound placement service and reimbursement fees as the account was deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon Business Solutions Agreement.
I see that our partner team has been requesting supply chain sample documentation from verifiable suppliers, such as invoices or receipts, for the inventory that will be listed on your account so that they can review your account again.
Once you have updated supply chain documents, you can re-upload them again in your Account Health page via the "submit new information" button on the top right side.
Please let us know if you have any further questions."

Looks like they took your 9K reserve to pay for the 10.300K you owe them for storage and removal. So now you owe them another 1300.....

Hi @Seller_DBF8yEs1r75Rf
Connor from Amazon here, thank you for reaching out. I do understand your frustration and I want to help you understand why you see these deductions on your account.
I see that your account was deactivated as the virtual interview you completed with our partner team did not pass our internal checks. Since the account couldn't be reactivated due to a policy violation the funds that were left on the account are used to cover your inventory removal.
For more information and how to further appeal, you can review the e-mail sent to you on May 9th, 2025 labeled "Your Amazon.com Seller Account".
Please let me know if you have any further questions, you can also reach out to seller support directly as well: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/cu/contact-us
Best regards,
Connor
