Unable to Receive SMS Approval Link to Update Deposit Method
Hello everyone, this is my 3rd post requesting for help on this but to no avail. @Connor_Amazonplease if you can see this, help me. I am a new seller and I’m unable to receive the SMS approval link needed to update my deposit method, despite completing re-verification for my account.
I have contacted both Amazon support and my telecommunications provider, and neither party found any issues. I’ve also tried updating my phone number, changing devices, and adjusting my SMS settings, but no SMS link is received. I requested the approval link be sent via email instead, but this was declined. Please note that other verification codes have successfully reached me in the past, and I have active two-step authentication.
This issue has persisted for over 10 days, leaving my inventory stranded. Can I get an alternative way to complete this update? The case ID is 16634382081
