If you’re taking time off during these holiday season, or plan to work on public holidays, we recommend these steps to protect your fulfilled by Merchant order performance metrics.

Set up holiday mode

Set your account to holiday mode in Shop status and holiday settings to avoid missing orders that could affect your performance. This setting temporarily removes your fulfilled by Merchant listings on product detail pages and in search results.

Also, something important, If you plan to send Fulfilled by Merchant orders on public holidays, you will need to activate the operation days during that period so go to:

Settings > Shipping settings > Holidays to change public holidays to “operating days”.

Note: Allow up to four hours for updated holiday settings to be reflected in your delivery promise and orders received.
