Seeking Advice: Extended Amazon Seller Account Review

I'm reaching out to the seller community hoping someone can provide advice or has faced a similar situation. My seller account has been under review by Amazon's Seller Performance Team for a trademark violation issue for over a month now, and I'm at my wit's end.

On March 20th, I submitted a detailed plan of action to address the violation, but my submission has remained "under review" since then with no feedback or updates from Amazon. I've tried to expedite the process by sending additional information via email, but I was simply directed to use Seller Central, which doesn't allow for further input once a submission is under review.

It's incredibly frustrating to be stuck in limbo like this. I'm eager to take the necessary steps to resolve the issue and remain compliant with Amazon's policies, but I can't do that without any communication or ability to provide more information to the review team.

Has anyone else experienced such a prolonged review period with zero updates or notifications? It seems like the responsible team has either forgotten about my case or made a mistake in processing it. I'm unsure of what else to do at this point.

I've considered reaching out to the Better Business Bureau for assistance, but I wanted to check if anyone in the seller community has recommendations or has successfully resolved a similar situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. This silence and lack of ability to communicate with Amazon is incredibly unsatisfactory.
