I am trying to send product to Amazon for FBA. Every time I try to go forward in the process and purchase the shipping for the small parcel delivery (SPD) I get an error and it says that UPS is unavailable and to check my ship-from address and try again.
It seemed like maybe it was my address and so I added the +4 digits to the zip code and made sure the address was correct. That didn't work. Then I used UPS Store address near me and that didn't work either. I live in a city and there is nothing unusual about my address.
I also made sure to select the US marketplace. That did not change anything.
I also tried choosing a later date option thinking that maybe they are too backed up at UPS. That did not change anything.
Has anyone else had this problem and know a solution?
I'm really bummed that I printed, labeled, and packed all these items to learn that I am unable to ship with the Amazon partnered carrier UPS.
The only way I was able to move forward was if I used a non-amazon partnered carrier and that transaction would cost me 6 times more than what UPS Amazon partnered carrier was quoting me before the error so I canceled the shipment in hopes that I can figure out how to ship via UPS.
