Missing parts after custom clearance

Good afternoon,

We have an issue with an ASIN. We have received a warning from Amazon that the product has received a high amount of negative comments due to "Missing parts".

We have also collected several negative reviews reporting this issue - parts look missing when the pack is delivered to the final customer.

This have happened only for the US and CA markets, thus we believe something happens during customs - packs are dispatched from here and we have no records of such situation in Europe.

Have other sellers encountered this issue?

What would you suggest doing?

This is a tricky situation as this is not an Amazon issue. But I can see how this is possible.

I have never had this issue when using carriers recommended by Amazon. If I were you, I would stop using any freight forwarder you are using and try signing up for Amazon Global Logistics.
