Hey Folks,

I have requested Mediation using Amazon's own mediation request form. I've not heard anything in several weeks. I can't see a mediation request log on my account so I assume that they don't record it.

Mediation over missing/damaged stock and listings being suspended when I am brand/trademark owner.
