A-Z case won and metrics effected
I appealed a case but lost. The item was shipped to Ireland and arrived one day late due to Christmas. The postal service informed me that the recipient needed to pay £10 in customs, but he refused to pay. Then he opened the A/Z I submitted an appeal, as it is the law to pay customs fees, but Amazon denied my appeal. This seems wrong because I fulfilled my responsibilities. Do you have any suggestions on what I can do next?
