Hello @Seller_d71H8lJVAjvKb,

Thank you for reaching out on the Forums.

From what you have shared, I see that due to your global marketplaces becoming deactivated, this has restricted your North American region due to the multiple accounts policy and you have questions about how to get this all resolved.

Regarding your global stores, if a store is left unattended after registration it may become deactivated for seller identity verification requests. To resolve this type of deactivation you must submit information such as a utility bill or a business license. Once the document has been accepted you will be asked to join a video call to complete the verification. After the deactivated stores have been reinstated, your US and Canada stores will be eligible for reinstatement.

I suggest to visit your European stores to find which ones are deactivated. You can navigate to the performance notification section in those stores to find out the reason it is deactivated and what is required to reactivate. Once you have addressed all of the deactivated stores, you can come back to the US and Canada stores and appeal, explaining your other store's issues have been resolved. Once approved, your US and Canada stores will be reactivated.

I hope you have found this information helpful. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out. The Forums community and I are here to support you.

Wishing you the best,

LeviDylan
