There is an articles of organization document instead of business license in WYOMING STATE (USA). They are the same document.
"Wyoming does not have a statewide general business license. Instead, license and permits are dictated by industry and profession , or by the location of your LLC."
You can check it on government website. It is about the state law. Please check the rules of Wyoming state.
