I hope you are doing well. I currently manage my own Amazon store. A friend of mine, who sells products in the United States, has asked for my assistance in managing his Amazon account, specifically in creating listings, PPC campaigns, and inventory management for his brand.
Before taking on this responsibility, I want to ensure that I am in full compliance with all Amazon policies. My intention is to manage these activities without violating any rules related to multiple account management or third-party account management.

I wouldn't do it. Your friend can take guidance from you, but don't intermingle accounts because he will have to give you permissions and then you are connected.
