Refunds on Items Not Returned
I'm performing an audit of my returns and noticed that many returns from customers were refunded in full, however the item was actually never shipped back. (per tracking). This is not acceptable I'd like an immediate review and resolution.

Hi kramer- the Seller Forums is a space for asking questions and communicating with other sellers. I would recommend opening a Seller Support case for each of these orders for an agent to conduct an investigation.
