Prove that I am not related to an invalid account???

Hello

I need really urgent help

I have been trading for a long time in a private label

On 9/27/23 my account was disabled due to a connection to an invalid account

The reason is because I logged in several times from a computer that many different people use but I have no connection to this invalid account...

Now I want to continue trading on the account, so I sent a letter to Amazon..a detailed letter that I have no connection to the account and I don't know whose it is at all..

And I listed all of Amazon's instructions and that I have no connection

and that the reason is that I logged in from a public computer..etc

But Amazon insists that I have to ''prove'' them that I have no connection to the problematic account!

I want to understand how and what I am supposed to prove??...

I would be very happy and grateful if someone could explain to me what I am supposed to do in such a case?...
