Unable to Withdraw Amazon Balance
"Hello,
We started selling on Amazon about 2 months ago and currently have £1034 pending in our account. However, Amazon has sent us the following message:
"Hello TurkishOnlineMarket,
We received your submission but do not have enough information to transfer funds to you at this time. Funds will not be transferred to you during the review but will stay in your account. To expedite the review of your selling account, please send the following information: -- Evidence and an explanation that demonstrates how your account complies with our Drop Shipping policy. -- If you are facing logistics issues that are impacting proper fulfillment of your orders, provide reasons and supporting evidence associated with these for consideration during your review."
In response to this email, we sent the necessary information, including our agreements with the partner company, delivery labels, and tracking numbers for the fulfilled orders. However, we still haven't received approval, and we are unable to withdraw the funds from our account.
Could anyone with experience dealing with this issue kindly provide a solution?

Have you read Amazon's drop shipping policy, to check that you are compliant with it ? - as that obviously is the problem, as they have specifically mentioned it.
