I had opted for Amazon’s FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) program under the offer where FBA storage and handling were supposed to be free for the first 3 months. However, I’ve noticed that I’m still being charged for storage and Easy Ship handling fees even during the initial offer period.
I’ve tried reaching out to support but haven’t received a clear response. Has anyone else faced a similar issue? Would appreciate your experience or guidance on how to resolve this.
