Hello, My account got reactivated a while ago and Amazon asked me some certain information for my funds release and they told me that they will get back to me within 7 days. It has been 12 days and still no response from UK funds release team. Could you please advise?

Operating or maintaining multiple accounts is prohibited and your funds may be withheld if it is determined that your account has been used to engage in prohibited activity. Your funds may also be withheld if, during the course of our investigation, we determine that your Amazon seller account has been used to engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity that harms our customers, other selling partners, and our store. During the previous 90-day period, you have failed to successfully appeal for reinstatement. As a result, your account is now under review to determine if you are eligible for disbursement of funds. What is required to receive the funds associated with your account? In order to receive the funds in your account, we ask that you disclose information about all of the selling accounts that you have opened with Amazon. Failure to disclose an account may result in the forfeiture of your funds. There is no required format for your appeal. You may submit information such as: – Name of the party who registered the account. – Name of the party operating the account. – Email address. – Phone number. – Physical addresses where you operated the selling accounts and dates at those locations. – Purpose or reason for opening the additional account. – Name of your business’s registered agent. – Name of the party operating the account. How do I send the required information? Submit this information to disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk. Within 7 days after we receive your appeal, we will review it and respond with a final decision. What happens if I do not appeal or if my appeal is unsuccessful? If we do not receive an appeal or if your appeal for funds is not successful, some or all of your funds will be withheld. Verification of the information submitted can take more than expected time.

After sending my funds release email to disbursement-appeals@amazon.co.uk they got back to me and asked for additional information and they guaranteed a response within 7 days. Its been a month after I sent additional information and still no response. I am really struggling as they keep lots of my money. Please advise.
