Need help with re-activation account

Good afternoon. I have been trying to contact support regarding accounts to find out what I need to do to reactivate my account, as it has been deactivated due to inactivity. I have already submitted the requested documents several times, but they keep being denied. I would like to get in touch with account support so we can work together on reactivating my account.

I already check the account settings but I cant find a way to contact with the account team. Thank you all :D
