Account deactivated after changing my store name

Hi all,

I have had my account deactivated for having “more than one seller account” however the account they are saying is mine is literally my account I am using now that I changed the email and store name of. I obviously don’t have access to the “other account” because it’s this one!!

I’ve tried explaining this multiple times but keep getting the “submit new information” button after a review. Any ideas?
