Hey!
I’m seriously stressed right now. Just started selling, and a customer left me a product review instead of seller feedback. I still resolved his issue, sent a replacement, and he even promised he’d remove it. But as soon as he got the replacement—poof, vanished.
So, I appealed it since it’s clearly a product review, thinking at least I can protect my account health. But Amazon rejected it in literally one second. Like, did they even look at it?!
I don’t know what to do now. This is so frustrating. Can someone please take a look and help me out? I’m just starting, and this kind of thing is making it really hard. 😞

What did the feedback actually say? It can be 99% a review but if the other 1% is proper feed back like postage etc then it will be hard to get this removed.
