ASIN B07ZPKJHVP hijacked by TUKIMA
Another hijacked listing by an unauthorized brand! Amazon has to step in to resolve these issues. Looking through the forums this is constantly happening. If you look at this listing, you can even see in the photos that the brand is Sandol. It is clearly on the packaging. Seller support will simply say they cannot change brands, well someone obviously can because it is happening constantly. What is even worse is these fake brands don't even sell the items, and if sellers are not performing due diligence to check all listings daily for changes, you can get hit with ip violations you cannot resolve. Brand registry should NOT be required to be able to resolve listing issues. Any advice from the mods? Can you pass this along to a team who can actually take action? The forum has countless threads about hijacked listings@Atlas_Amazon@Manny_Amazon@SEAmod@Sandy_Amazon@Dougal_Amazon

Dozens of our branded items with correct UPC / EAN barcodes, selling for years here have been hikacked with other brands (from China). We open cases with Amazon with more than enough evidence , including USPTO registration, GS1 UPC registration, pictures and manufacturing website. NEVER those listings were reverted to original brand , AMAZON always deny. Example ASIN B06XYBDJW7 , Brand is SALON LINE, hijacked to BIZINN , opened case id 16076979801 and basically was told brand name can not be changed. Useless help. 20+ years seller here. Go figure : WALMART

I recently had a conversation with Amazon concerning this specific issue. I reached out to the trademark owner, and they connected me with their direct link to Amazon. This is what I communicated with both the trademark owner and the specific Amazon contact (specific names and other info have been omitted as required for privacy reasons) - I will update everyone if I receive a response, but I suspect I will not.
" I run Category Listing Reports on all of my listings daily to check for hijacked listings since this is becoming a major problem for both 3rd party and branded sellers.
The odd issue is that Amazon will tell sellers that they cannot change brands, but someone on the back end can clearly change brands and provide incorrect information. Then, if one of the bots deems that there is a suspected IP violation, an unknowing seller is held accountable for someone else's hijacked listing with incorrect information. If you look at the seller forums, these issues happen often, and no one seems to be able to resolve them for 3rd party sellers.
If you look at the photos in this listing, you can clearly see it is correctly branded (****** omitting brand name for privacy) , and I previously sold this item for a long time branded as (****** omitting brand name for privacy). If I notice a listing has been hijacked, I now delete it from my inventory immediately since that is my only recourse. I have started also reaching out to my supplier/manufacturer and the trademark owners to notify them of the issue, so they can reach out to the other sellers since we are not permitted to do so. I do not want any other seller to face the same issues I recently faced due to this problem. I recently lost my Account Health Assurance due to 2 issues that were beyond my control for 2 listings originally correctly branded as (****** omitting brand name for privacy) for a (****** omitting product name for privacy)that were changed to (****** omitting fake brand name for privacy). (****** omitting brand name for privacy) is not a CLC licensed brand, but Amazon would not help clear it up even though I had the LOA from the CLC for both the items. Refer to case ID’s 15985812551 and ID 15892812301. To add insult to injury, they also changed the product type to a vacuum cleaner, when you could clearly see these were (****** omitting product type for privacy). After nearly a month, I was finally able to get the listings reinstated long enough for me to delete them from my inventory, but there should be an easier path to resolve these issues. Any support or advice you can provide would be greatly appreciated because checking all 767 of my listings daily is a daunting task."

Hi @Seller_NaffGpwcLYP2C
I just wanted to follow up here as after I submitted for correction, I can see the ASIN is showing correctly on the detail page but the incorrect brand is still in the ASINs title. Have you tried to update this yourself? Want to make sure all information on the page is showing accurately.

Yes, the brand was corrected. Now we are being inundated with listings hijacking:

I have only been FBA for a month and have seen this all over the place on this platform. It is very difficult to have Amazon step and do something. I am an authorized seller of a few brands and the manufacturers themselves do not seem to have any say in this either. I have informed the manufacturer of a specific brand and they sent me a letter to submit to Amazon, but I keep getting a generic response stating that the letter is invalid. If this keeps up I'm not going to be able to sell anything.

I woke up this morning to one of my best sellers being restricted. The reason " It is a luxury brand" and I do not have permission to sell it. However, I have been selling this product on Amazon for over 10 years. It is my brand and I am the brand owner, manufacturer and seller of this product. I am brand registered and all. I contacted Amazon and got the "apply to sell a luxury brand". I clicked on that and got "we are not accepting anymore luxury brand sellers". I am disgusted and beyond frustrated. Why do they have us submit everything under the sun to sell and then do this? So over it... Good luck to everyone else who is having similar problems.

Have this issue popping up quite often. Calls and messages to Seller support go unanswered. On the very rare occasion somebody calls me back, there's a slight chance it gets fixed. So far after 2 years I've only had 1 of my products get fixed. I won't even get into the amount fo misinformation that somehow gets thrown into my listings without my input
