Stuck at video call verification process
Hello everyone,
I find myself caught in a frustrating situation while attempting to verify my account. According to Amazon's instructions, I am required to choose the United States marketplace in order to schedule a video call for the provided link to function correctly. However, I am unable to locate the option to select the United States Marketplace. When I attempt to add the United States marketplace to my account by clicking on "add marketplace," I encounter an error message that states I must complete the current registration before expanding to a new marketplace.
I have made numerous calls and dedicated weeks to working with the support team, but as of now, no solutions have been provided. It is possible that this issue is my fault because the United States marketplace initially appeared, but it disappeared after I clicked on it once and closed the page without completing the registration form.
I have attempted to resolve the issue using multiple browsers and devices, but unfortunately, the results have remained the same.

4. On the "Identity Verification" page, follow the on-screen instructions to schedule a video call and select a date and time slot for your appointment from the available options.
5. Review the appointment time and the other resources to prepare for the video call.
