With FBA, returns are handled by Amazon, so customers will send returns back to the fulfillment centers. That being said, be sure to have your automatic removal settings calibrated to your liking. For FBA returns you have sent back to you, you can use the LPN to search for information in the FBA Customer Returns report.
As a final FYI to keep in mind while you're planning, Amazon cannot ship removal orders to US territories, PO, APO, FPO, or DPO boxes, or other fulfillment centers. To ship to an address outside of the United States, see International return providers.
