I've had this happen twice with FBA. I accidentally sent 5 units of an item with the wrong ASIN. When I contacted Seller Support to have the wrong items sent back to me, they said they didn't have a record of receiving the ASIN, even though I explained the mistake. It seems like FBA may be keeping the items for themselves without contacting the seller to return them, which doesn't seem fair. When a wrong item is received, the seller should be notified and helped to get the wrong items returned, instead of FBA just keeping them without reaching out to the rightful owner. This process seems really strange and unfair.

Hi @Seller_5AUCnlBp6kjcs,
Thank you for reaching out on the Seller Forums!
Typically if the incorrect ASIN was included in a shipment, the approach would be to request a removal order. However, since it sounds like you're running into issues with the shipment as a whole, have you tried requesting an investigation via the Contents tab of the shipment? If you haven't done so already, I would recommend starting there.
Please let me know if you are able to request that investigation!
Thanks again,
Jameson
