Hi all,
My account was deactivated due to counterfeit goods, which i obviously did not know were counterfeit. I have sent amzon support everything I have. Cancelled 82 pending orders to show my good faith, sent a letter explaining what had happened (VA error). Contacted the brand to explain what had happened and apologised. Told Amazon that I don't want to sell this product in the future and understand that it was a fraudulent wholesale distributor. I just keep getting back to send in an invoice they can verify and a plan of action to prevent it happening in the future. This has been going back and forth for 20 days bu just automated replies/ standard replies. Don't know what else I can do????

There is unfortunately nothing else to do. On Amazon everybody has ONE chance in a lifetime. And selling counterfeit products knowingly or unknowingly is the heaviest violation.
You took an expensive lesson. You will lose the products and Amazon won't pay you a dime for the sold products. Also they won't reactivate your seller account. Nor can you create another one in someone else's name.
I'm sorry for not being able to give a better answer.
