how can i sell magazines that " magazine cafe " is also selling. ? why does this 1 seller have a lock on many certain magazines? i have hundreds of magazines, all new and unable to list

In general Amazon won't share why a seller is or is not eligible to list a product however if you provide a recent case I can see if there is any insights I can provide on these products requiring approval.
