Help with shipping setting automation to avoid a bad OTDR?
I am doing this because i have no choice like many others. I don't want to stay below the 90%. can someone please answer this?
I am switching to Shipping Setting Automation in order to improve my on time delivery rate. i have set it all up under the shipping templates. You can see where it is all automated under "standard shipping." my question is, i still have another option called "free economy shipping" that does not seem to be automated. I want to know if that is protected against OTDR as well, or does that need to be deleted?

Hi @Seller_PTlxYn4jL0UAO, OTDR Protection is only available for units shipped through Standard Shipping, units shipped through other shipping options such as Free Economy, Standard Prime, or Premium Shipping, are not eligible for OTDR protection.
