Need assistance for return fraud SAFE-T claim ID 53589-14941-3492214

@Quincy_AmazonNeed your help on this auto-denied safe-t claim we just submitted. Customer opened a regular no longer needed return reason and did not ship anything back to us for a refund. After about 50 days or so, they lied and opened another return reason saying they never got the delivery. After advice from moderators and other sellers, we declined that return request due to her lying about having not received it. She then opened a 3rd reason claiming missing parts/accessories, which we also denied. This morning we got a full refund email that someone at Amazon gave her with the fraudulent reason being "damaged in transit", which goes against all 3 of her own return reasons. She never returned anything and abused the return process. @Seller_CW0P5hgbsiqWXI asked this one from you a while back, and boy were you on the money. She tried multiple reasons and then called Amazon directly to somehow get a full refund while keeping the printer.

Scammers know how to scam, and Amazon supports every one of them.

The scammer knows not to buy products that Amazon itself sells because Amazon will only let them do it around two times. But that leaves several million 3rd party sellers to choose from. They only buy from one seller once and have a good chance the seller will do nothing; thus, they do not get reported.

Bu not reporting the Buyers scam with a Safe-T claim, makes those non-reporting sellers' part of the problem, not the solution.

Scammers are so sharp and virtually impossible to beat...

You HAVE to raise your prices for all buyers to make up for the Chinese based scammers.

We get hit with A to Z's every week, sometimes multiple times a day. It is bleeding us dry and is the biggest problem now on Amazon, and they DO NOT CARE.

Maybe it is time to STOP expecting Amazon to actually do something and start opening fraud complaints with the postal authorities AND list Amazon as an accomplice.
