Royal Mail Tracked - How to verify not been invoiced for lost item
OK so I had a message from customer saying item not received.
It was sent RM Tracked48. I checked and according to status RM never received item (annoying as I know it was collected by RM so its probably just sitting in a sack on someone's van). Anyway - so I refund customer.
But how do I now verify that RM have not invoiced me for the parcel?
As far as I am aware RM only invoice for Tracked items once it has received a scan. So I am assuming as RM say they never received it I will never be invoiced. But as a precaution I just want to check. But I cannot figure out a way to see or report if a particular tracked item was ever invoiced.
Anyone any ideas? Is there an OBA report I can use?
