My account was disabled for document verification, Amazon is having trouble identifying documentation

My account was deactivated for document verification, I believe Amazon is having difficulty identifying the documents we sent, I say this because I had to send the same documents a few times until it was approved to confirm my bank account, I sent the same original document several times times until I can get them to identify the document, now I can't reactivate my account, I've already sent my documentation a few times and it's never enough to reactivate my account, I have a blocked balance with a large stock for me the situation is very difficult if anyone can help me solve it, thank you very much.

I STILL HAVE MY ACCOUNT DEACTIVATED! I am waiting for a response, Amazon refunded me the money. Can I open an LLC and replace the information here in this account with my LLC data or can I open a new account with my LLC data? I want to go back to work. Please help me.
