does anyone know how to disable liquidations for the europe Automated unfulfillable settings?

after being requested by Amazon to sell in Europe in February I am losing good items probably returned unused

so I lose the sale and the item, and by looking at threads on us amazon this policy is ahead of us it looks like they keep the items to sell on, SS's only solution is to stop selling in Europe but at the minute I sell more there than the UK

The area is greyed out on my settings so what can be done?
