We sell low cost item ( shoelaces ) all under £5 and use a CN22 sticker that we print directly from Royal Mail with the postage label but we still seem to get quite a few returns from Germany saying " incorrect CN22 info" yet everywhere else in EU has no issues with the same sticker! I have also had a few customers message saying they are being charged 7 euros for import duty.

Can anyone shed some light on how to stop this!
