Your Amazon.com selling privileges have been removed

Two months ago I received 2 notifications informing me that my account had been deactivated and on the other hand the deletion of a product.

About the deactivation of my account, part of the message is:

Your Amazon.com Seller account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of Amazon's Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been disabled.

You must first reactivate the account associated with cairns by submitting an appeal.

I have appealed on several occasions trying to guess which cairns account it is without success.

Regarding the activation of my ASIN, they require me to improve the product detail.

But without the account being activated I will not be able to perform the other action of the product detail.

What actions should I take to activate my account if I do not know what that cairns account refers to?
