Removing selling in certain countries

HI,

Is it possible to stop selling in certain countries and close our shop due to the levels of admin, if for example I wanted to close our marketplace in Poland, Spain and France - Is it possible to do this ?

I can see that its possible to select holiday mode to go inactive, but would lile to fully remove our shop in specific countries.
