Complaints- wrong item sent to customer
Hello,
I do sole FBA and amazon has put a policy violation on my account that wrong item was sent to the customer. I have spoken to couple of seller support but they all want me to submit an appeal which means accepting liability for this.
How do I get the this violation removed please without submitting an appeal

You need to Appeal. All depends on the issue how to Appeal. You can get a call-back tab on that health page. Sometimes they are helpful, better than SS - but often they do not know how to resolve either.
Do you know what item was supplied?
What item should have been supplied?
Was it the wrong item, or just Buyer Remorse and the Buyer made it all up to get a free return or discount, etc.
Did Amazon fulfil the wrong item?
Did you label the item incorrectly?
Did you use the makers barcode so mixed with other Sellers items?

You need to do a bin check first to check if the wrong item is linked to that item
