It's been more than 1 month. The canceled payment came to my account, nor was it added to my balance. Where is this money?

I have had 2 cancelled payments about 30 days apart within the last 40 days and wondering the same thing.

I was checking your account and indeed was paid.

You can confirm this information under the payment tab, and select payments, and you will see the chart with the information you need.
