Need Amazon's help to file a FedEx missing package claim

@Jameson_Amazon, we need your help to file a missing package claim for order ID 113-4525104-6495410. We purchased a FedEx shipping label through Amazon seller central in mid November 2024 and sent out this order. We believe FedEx passed this package to USPS (through FedEx Ground Economy/SurePost, FedEx tracking 2818 8745 6588, USPS tracking 9261 2909 8319 7822 6592 79). But USPS is telling us that FedEx never paid them postage so I have no idea where my customer's package is. I tried to make a claim online and over the phone with FedEx and they said that since we bought the label through Amazon, they need Amazon's account number and only Amazon can file this claim. Can you please help ups?
