Brand hijacked our brand name and even our author's name

After repeated attempts over the past year, Amazon cannot seem to understand that the Chinese brand, "splins" is not the brand of our book or the author of said book.

Images, website, and a 10-year history of selling this book we wrote and produced, and Amazon just won't remove the Chinese brand.

It is impossible that the Chinese brand could have changed this listing to a video game using the same criteria we have to use to get it fixed. This can only mean that Amazon prioritizes Chinese sellers and brands over American brands and Authors. There is no other rational explanation.

We cannot even fix the author's name, and Amazon won't fix it either. Ironically, we are told they will not change it because it could confuse the customer.

Any help Amazon agents in here can give us would be great, but I just don't have hope anymore that it's possible to fix this.

Do you understand international business. Hopefully you have ownership of the book's ISBN and GS1 UPC for the product. all of that is for sale in the USA.

Now the gray area starts.

It the country you mentioned, little companies look for good selling products and register them in their country. Now there are two identical products on different parts of the world. They then enter them on Amazon, and they are displayed together.

The world is changing fast. 50 years sales were only made within a single country. How with multi country sales outlets, things are a lot different.
