Amazon Ads Billing Glitch: Creator Connections Payouts Mislabelled as Sponsored Display
When I look at my Ad Billing Invoices, I'm suspecting Amazon is charging my credit card for products sold through “Creator Connections,” but they’re labeling those charges as Sponsored Display. They bill me immediately—even before returns or refunds happen. If a customer sends something back, I’ve already lost that money. And it’s not clear whether Amazon ever pays that refunded amount to the creator or credits it back to me.
These charges on my ads billing invoice are supposed to be the payout for Amazon creator's connections. Isn't labeling it differently very misleading? Totally confused here. Anyone else run into this?
