How to reactivate our account, and move our balance back to the US
We used to sell in the UK with Amazon UK account which is linked to our US account. The pandemic did us in. We stopped all our operations in 2022 in the UK and US. We never got around to properly closing our account. We still have some balance in the UK account. We'd like to transfer it back to our US bank.
By now, both of our accounts have been deactivated/suspended, we also got charged by around 2500 pounds. I tried to reactivate them, talked with US account health specialist and was told to reactivate UK account first. HOwever, I couldn't never be able to talk with a specialist. It called me and immediately ened the call on the web site (my phone never rang).
Any idea how to proceed?
