Brand Name Already Registered in Brand Registry

I have registered a trademark ELFY in 2018, but rejected by USPTO for similar pronunciation of trademark ELPHY in same class 25, so the brand registry is failed on Amazon also. But the ELPHY is dead in 2021 and I restart to register the trademark ELFY on USPTO, as some my original listings used ELFY as trademark. It's difficult to change brand name although I already have a new brand Elyffany which registered successfully on Amazon already. That's why I want to register trademark ELFY.

After I got the Filing Receipt for Trademark, I started brand registry on Amazon. After I sent them verification code of ELFY, the registry was refused which said that there is a brand ELFY in Amazon's brand system. I searched USPTO, there are three trademarks of ELFY on it, two of them are mine, one died on 2018, one is alive. The rest one is class 16, serial number 97827821. I entered his/her serial number on Amazon's brand registry page, it appears it can be registered. So there is no other trademarks ELFY on USPTO registered on Amazon American website. Then I checked the American buying page, I type in ELFY in search box only my ELFY selling shoes appeared. If the trademark is registered on other websites of Amazon, it should have nothing to do with American website brand registry, it even didn't show on USPTO, which will not protect by local trademark law as we know.

Please help me, my original listings are attacking by evil sellers. I read from their seller pfrofiles, they sell under my listings but provide bad service, such as empty packages, or low quality products. They rob orders from my store but offer bad service, I can't bear that. These listings are like my children, I take good care of them, but these sellers just destory them. Please help, thank you!
