Hi, I've just received an email from handmade-proactive-appeals@amazon.co.uk, asking for photos to show I make and design my work etc , which I have just sent. However I have noticed on here someone has tagged it as a scam email, now I'm worried that I replied to it. Has anyone else had this email and is it real or a scam?

I also received one and i sent a message to handmade seller support to ask them questions about it.
They responded with a more information and clarified some points i made so i do believe it is genuine and i am now preparing my formal response.
I am really sad about this, i am selling on handmade for 6 years and i make all the items i sell on Amazon myself :-(
