Cannot edit listing at all

I created a new listing for a product that I manufacture. Now, whenever I go in to edit the product, regardless of if I change any values, I am presented with the following error:

The value ‘title removed’ specified cannot be used as it conflicts with the value ‘title removed’ for ASIN Z in the Amazon catalogue. If this is ASIN ‘B0C2V7FKXT’, update the value to match the ASIN data. If this is a different product, update identifying information (UPC/EAN/Part Number/etc).

I contacted amazon support, who told me (eventually, after several back and forths) that I couldn’t make updates because I have two accounts under the same email address (???). One is an administrator + seller rights, and the other (the one I am logged into) only has seller rights.

So my question is, does anyone know how i would go about logging in to the second account that is the administrator if they are both linked to the same email address? I also trying to figure this out via amazon seller support but it is taking forever as it seems that the replies are from different people who aren’t reading the full support case and just giving me meaningless responses.
