Account Deactivated for 10 Months! Loosing my MInd!
I am at my wits end. My account was deactivated last DECEMBER! We have been working for 10 months to try and get it reactivated. Amazon keeps saying one of our products isn't from a verified seller and we repeatedly provide all of our documents proving the product is authentic and we got it from a legitimate vendor. And they just keep running us in circles. Month after month we keep getting charged inventory fees for our $50k worth of inventory they are holding hostage! What are we to do?! At this point I don't even care if we just shut the store down and loose everything. But apparently you can't even close your store unless its active! Does anyone have any advice?! Either for just shutting things down or how to escalate? Account Health customer service sucks.

Hello @Seller_DnrSSOxfrri7v,
Thank you for posting your concerns with your account deactivation.
Can you please post your original deactivation notice, we in this space have very limited visibility into your account or violations. This will help us assess your situation and provide guidance on your situation. I would additionally ask if its not included in the notice to advise on the related ASIN, and if you have any cases associated to your situation to also provide them here so I can look further into your situation.
Typically whenever an account is deactivated, it will no longer be eligible to be closed or shut down, attempting to do can can and will cause restrictions to your buying account, which will prevent you from ever logging into the seller account again. This can be see in out account closure policy, under step 6:
- Check your Performance notifications to make sure that all the reasons for your account's suspension have been resolved and your account is restored.
Additionally regarding your fees, if this is associated to authenticity and we cannot verify compliance funds and the inventory may not be eligible for release as noted in our funds withholding policy. You have to have the inventory disposed of if we cannot confirm compliance for removal, once disposed of storage fees should not accrue, at this time you can also downgrade your account to an individual selling plan to prevent any additional monthly fees. Please keep in mind that when switching to an individual selling plan, you will lose access to phone support.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Hello @Seller_DnrSSOxfrri7v,
Thank you for following up and providing your notification.
To reactivate your account, send the following documentation issued within the last 365 days:
-- Supply chain documentation, such as invoices or receipts, for the inventory that you have listed on your account. This is required to verify the ownership of the products listed on the Amazon store. The documentation must include the following information:
--> Supplier information such as name, phone number, address, or website, and item descriptions
--> Item quantities. Pricing information may be removed, but the rest of the document must be visible.
Note: You may highlight or circle the ASINs under review for easier review. Highlighting ASINs or removing the pricing information is not considered an alteration of the document.
-- Import or export documents when applicable, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists
-- Authorization letter from the brand owner or brand letters that authorize you to use a trademark, design, patent, or copyright
-- Document supporting that the supplier is authorized by the brand owner
-- Licensing agreement
-- Order confirmation receipts if the items are purchased online
-- Business registration documents
You should only send PDF, JPG, PNG, or GIF files. These documents must be authentic and unaltered.
ASINs under review: B07DPCWV8Z
Shipment ID under review: FBA179RPDQ42
How do I send the required information?
Submit this information to scram-appeals@amazon.com or by following the instructions in the banner at the top of your "Account Health Dashboard" page:
As noted this is related to an unsuitable inventory violation. This typically occurs when shipping FBA inventory that does not match the product listed for fulfillment. These types of situations will require "ALL" of the required and mentioned documentation.
All sourcing documentation and invoices need to match our responsible sourcing requirements, you can also see our invoice requirements which offers a few examples of why documents are rejected. The notification mentions a few of the requirements such as listing your suppliers information. This is a requirement and needs to be on the document, providing this information separately will be rejected.
Depending on how the products were sourced, we will require import or export documentation, this will include a bill of lading, and proof of delivery to the outlined location.
I do see that this involves ASIN: B07DPCWV8Z, this has a brand associated to "PSO-RITE". We will require a letter of authorization or license agreement issued by the brand or rights owner. Please note if you received an LOA from the supplier who is not the rights owner, it will not be accepted. We require all LOA to be issued by the brand or rights owner themselves.
We will also require related business documentation to verify you and your business. This may included utility bill, business license or other related documentation to confirm you and the business. We also have a little bit of information on this situation in our unsuitable inventory policy.
If all of these documents are available, they need to be sent specifically to the "scram-appeals" email provided in the notice. Please also keep in mind, if these documents do not exist, or cannot be verifies as meeting our requirements the account will remain deactivated.
