Prime Day Disount Problems: What Does Suppressed. No offer available mean?
Hello,
I am gettting the error for Prime Day Listings: This item does not currently have an offer available. Suppressed. No offer available.
What does that mean and how do I fix it?

Hello! @Seller_ohuSrMEaqLgeo
Thank you for bringing this matter into our attention. It does seem your listings are missing the list_price, to participate in the Prime discount we require that the products display a Reference Price (List Price).
Please refer to the help pages below to learn how to update this information:
Show a reference price on your products by providing a List Price
Amazon Policy on Reference Prices
Once the information is included and validated, the eligibility for the Prime Discount will be re-evaluated as well.
Thanks,
Roberto

Hi Rose,
Typically the PED ( prime exclusive discount) issue is: the Amazon pricing system does not have a recent sales price to refer to when making a discount.
The prime exclusive discount option is a
"(list price) minus (% amount)"
formula and it only counts (list prices) having moderate sales volume and recent frequency of sales.
simplified as:
The amazon system can not find your recent sales prices or enough of them to make a valid reference
OR
The system distrusts or finds current reference prices untrustworthy or lacks enough data-due-diligence to ensure accuracy.

HOW TO FIX ( if you do have reasonable sales ) = complain alot and often regularly stating that you do have sales and reference prices, then wait a week or two.
HOW TO FIX ( if you do not have sales ) = get more sales, the system will un-gate you eventually.
