FBA Stranded Inventory - Qualification Required
We're an Electrical wholesaler that has been in business for 39 years. We've been selling on ASIN B007ICI74E for the last 6 years.
All of our (New Condition) FBA inventory went stranded with no performance notification. The Stranded Reason is "Qualification Required".
When we click on Request Approval, we're met with:
"We are not accepting applications to sell:
Other Industrial & Scientific category in Refurbished condition(s)
Other product(s)"
We can provide invoices for the last 6 years of sales and a letter of approval from the manufacturer. How do we regain the ability to sell this item?

I've reviewed your case #17129072841, and I understand your frustration, especially given your long history of selling this product. Unfortunately, I can confirm that applications to sell this item are not being accepted at this time, and we're unable to make exceptions to this restriction.
You may check the listing periodically to see if the approval status changes. When viewing the product in Add Products, it will show "Apply to sell" if applications become available again.
